An excellent company in Kirkland is looking for an administrator to provide support for an engineering department. The position is a maternity leave replacement.
As receptionist, your tasks will include:
- Answer and transfer calls
- Greet clients
- Sort and distribute incoming and outgoing mail
- Answer inquiries by email or telephone
- Other clerical tasks
Dynamic work environment
1. Must have minimum of High School diploma or GED equivilant
2. Must have minimum of 1-2 years experience in an administrative role
3. Must be proficient with Excel, Word and some experience with an ERP is an asset
4. Must be highly organized, efficient, detailed oriented and able to work under pressure
5. Must have excellent communication and customer service skills
